50th Birthday Party at the Hurlingham Club

Sandra wanted to create a fun yet sophisticated party atmosphere for a 50th birthday party at the Hurlingham Club, with the feel of a sleek club or bar.  Low lighting with bold pink coloured uplighters was the perfect choice to instantly create the right ambience.  Practical and pretty illuminated poseur tables gave guests somewhere to rest their drinks, whilst the matching uplighters brought together the room and the décor into one perfectly cohesive setting.  The essential centre-piece here was the striking white starlit dance-floor, adding a touch of sparkle that was guaranteed to get everyone dancing…

Even with a such a high impact backdrop it doesn’t do to forget those all important details, and Sandra’s party demanded classic elegance with a modern twist.  Mirrored votive holders make traditionally cosy tealights cool, and classic white roses were placed on square mirror tiles and given an ethereal glow using illuminated gel to create pretty and stylish table centres…

With all the dancing that is inevitable at an event such as this, a space where guests can relax and kick off those heels is a must.  Our white chill-out furniture is the perfect way to keep up a sleek aesthetic whilst providing a relaxed seating space where people can congregate, with a low white table with mirror top keeping up the feel of a bar.  These reflective table tops had the added advantage of complimenting the key element of this event – the bold, creative lighting.  With a polished party atmosphere such as this a good time is inevitable!
