Urban Wedding Vibes at AMP Studios
Nina knew us of old as we had worked together many times when she was running Devonshire Terrace – a restaurant in central London where we are a recommended supplier – perfect for an Urban wedding.
They too had chosen wonderfully atmospheric Urban venues: The Asylum and AMP Studios for their wedding and wedding celebration. Nina and Mike knew exactly what they wanted for their venue styling and loved our overhead installations incorporating hanging lanterns, foliage and fairy lights, but their venue didn’t have any appropriate hanging points.
We installed a bespoke freestanding matrix in the ceiling of the arch and dressed this with ivy, fairy lights and lanterns. Mood lighting prevented the need for the in-house strip lights to be used and Nina completed the look with her beautifully dressed tables.
The urban nature of the courtyard was enhanced with some fairy lights, rustic barrel poseur tables, large candle lanterns and heaters. For dancing, we turned the second arch into a nightclub with lighting, rotating mirrorball with spotlights and a rustic barrel bar.
