Soft White & Pastels at Farbridge

Tricia and her fiancé approached us to transform Farbridge into something spectacular for their wedding and bring their event design to life. The brief was for a soft, romantic feel by day and a contemporary nightclub by night.

We softened and neutralised the overall feel of the Lavant Barn by covering the existing curtains with soft, white, muslin drapes, swagged and finished with gold tassel ties. Matching drapes were created over the doorways to lead guests into the Meadow Barn and out into the Courtyard. Festoons hung overhead in a zigzag effectively lowered the ceiling and these were dressed with white paper lanterns to match the theme.
Alternating high and low centrepieces allowed for plenty of candlelight, alongside clean, crisp, clear glassware and mirror tiles.

For the evening, the white sparkly theme was continued into the Meadow Barn, with a starlit dancefloor, wall uplighters giving a warming glow, rotating mirrorball and an overhead canopy of lanterns, pom poms and tasselled garlands.
